For a list of institutions, go to the ASK Transfer Credits module, and select Institutions in the left-hand menu. This list is searchable by name, location, and whether the institution has been previously approved for transfer credit at Brown. Be aware that just because an institution has been previously approved for transfer credit, that is not a guarantee that your specific course(s) will qualify.

Note that many institution names have abbreviations that may not be immediately obvious. If you are struggling to find an institution you know exists, you might try searching by city name, or smaller fragments of the institution’s name.

If you want to study at an institution that has not previously been approved for transfer credit, you will be required to provide a URL with accreditation information in your transfer credit document.
