If You are on Campus

The IT Service Center can provide either for you to use over winter break:

  • A keychain-sized physical token with a button you press to complete Duo authentication
  • A loaner mobile phone 

The IT Service Center is located at Page Robinson hall, Room 510. Hours of operation are listed on our website.

If You are off Campus

We will work with you to log in and/or set up an alternate method of verification. Call the IT Service Center at (401) 863-4357.
