Due to constraints of our external partners, requests for rooms, facilities, catering, and media services may not be possible if made within those time frames.

    Tip: Use action-oriented language to describe what the audience can expect or learn at the event, as well as how the event aligns with IBES' goals. Also be sure to list any co-sponsors.
