- Download the zipped folder that contains the email and extract them.
- It would be best to move the .mbox files into their own folder in a permanent location.
- Download MBoxViewer from here.
- Extract the ZIP folder that contains the executable.
- Run the mboxview.exe file.
- Accept the default settings.
- Go to File > Select folder... and navigate and select the location of the folder that's holding the .mbox files.
- Click OK when the folder is selected.
- The .mbox files will appear in the left-column. Click them to view their emails.
- The first time when opening an .mbox file, it will take a few moments to load the email.
- You may be asked additional setup questions, selecting the default options should be okay.
