If you're an undergraduate student at Brown, there's a small cost associated with each page you print. It's taken out of your BearBucks account when you release a print job. You receive a $30 credit at the beginning of each academic year; you can add additional money online at mycard.brown.edu.

Current costs per page are:

• 7¢ black and white single sided
• 10¢ black and white double sided
• 25¢ color single sided
• 42¢ color double sided

If you print to a color printer, you will only be charged the color rate for pages that are in color.

If you desire a refund for a print job, the IT Service Center can assist you. Please refer to OIT's refund policy to see if you are eligible for a refund.
