Cognos Data Refresh Schedules

How often are Cognos data sources refreshed?

During non-business hours, CIS refreshes some Cognos data sources to keep data current and may perform system maintenance*. If you schedule a report to run during one of these windows, it may fail, be terminated, or may not run at all.

*Note: CIS will email Cognos users in advance when Cognos will be unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance.
