Clear Cache in Digital Signage Player

If you need to clear the cache on the player to update a stylesheet plug a keyboard and mouse in to the player


To breakout of AxisTV playback, simply left-click anywhere and hit Escape on your keyboard.

You should get a Channel Player Ready for Login prompt.

Click anywhere and then enter admin for the username and tech for the password.

Once at the Channel Player Console, hit the W key to go to Windows.

You may need to manually start the Windows Explorer yourself via a Run dialogue. Once in Windows, clear the IE cache like you would on any Windows PC.

Once done, restart the Channel Player software from the Start menu.

Lastly, reboot the player from the Channel Player Console by hitting the R key and then selecting Yes to the question it asks.
